How often will PCGS crossover NGC 1921 Peace Dollars

This is my first crossover submission. Will they take it out of the NGC holder to grade it? And what if it dont cross. I guess my question is do they grade it with the NGC Holder in place. I DONT want them to send me back a raw coin. I dont know these answers since I am a Newbie at Crossovers. Thank You

They will grade it in the NGC holder. They will only crack it if it crosses.

If you put down cross at any grade they will come back in PCGS holders provided they don't see a problem. If you put a minimum grade down and PCGS thinks it doesn't meet their grade standard then it will come back to you still in the NGC holder.
