Mostly no regrets. Last night, as I was putting together a package, I kept thinking, "Well, maybe I should keep this one, too." Alas, I sealed them up in the box and sent them away, along with a bunch of other interesting gold pieces which will be offered soon for sale. It's time for me to move on.

I tried to buy RYK's collection in toto, but he would not agree to regular and periodic payments over 39 years.

I see that you are still here lurking and replying. I'm glad that you have given us a chance to temporarily take posession of some treasures. It's a wise man who keeps the pot stirring for us, and not hoarding the treasures that belong to the numismatic world. Thanks for sharing both your treasure and knowledge.
Without spamming, I just want to know, where are RYK's coins going to be listed. I have been drooling over them for years and I hope I can buy one or two.

Doug Winter will be selling his collection.
I have it on good authority that RYK is not dying (he told me so). He will be hanging around these parts and throwing in his two cents on occasion. I got all excited when I heard he was selling his collection and had 61-D $5's dancing in my head. But darn it, he's keeping his 61-D $5, as well as a few others of his favorites.

<< <i>With the proceeds from the upcoming sale you should be able to go in any direction you want. >>
Word has it that RYK is going to put it all on "29" on the Roulette wheel at Harrah's.
RYK warned us that he would still participate on the boards.
