Check out this legit auction (have purchased many items from the seller) first: ebay 200152160855
Now check out this questionable auction: ebay 230171968475
Notice how the same picture was used for both. Only 5 of these have been graded PSA 10 and coincidentally two are up for auction at the same time? What are the odds?
And here is the kicker, a line taken directly from the questionable listing directly: "you bidding here for a married presend from my grandma"

When the picture is stolen, the odds are pretty good
I WOULD REPORT THAT
I noticed quite a few scams going on w/ psa cards and ebay lately... here is one I almost got snukered into
A few weeks ago I was really tempted to go after this card...
200122167566
I didnt because the cert # never checked out against psa's Database on that card and at the time the seller only had 1 feedback and it was a possitive.
yesterday I just checked out the same sellers feedback to see if I really missed out on a card or not.
feedback link
I am so glad I listened to my bad gut feelings on this one...
Edit Add forgot to add this...
My question is how can someone fake PSA cards like the one I just pointed out?

<< <i>The arod sp and the bonds fleer are the same card in both auctions. How does ebay allow this guy to stay on? >>
from my experience ebay doesnt care. All they care about is getting all their fees.....
1990 leaf in (10)
1986 topps mets (10)
2008 ring kings cut signatures
any Darryl Strawberry, Dwight Gooden, Keith Hernandez cards in (10)
O.k. well the clue you all missed was he sold the same exact card within days of each other, let alone the fact it is was scam. If someone lists two or more of the card in the same grade, i always check their auctions to see which one is better in my eyes. Apparently nobody read the cert number for the same exact card multiple times.

Ahem... I did.

You would think more people would look at things like that, but apparently not. Then again, I have too much time on my hands sometimes.

edit: for typos

You are correct my good man (Envoy). I just read too fast for my own good.
just curious...
Unless the seller's whole IP range is banned from ebay's servers the seller can always wack his cable modem(if they are using cable) pull a new IP and create another seller account and continue to scam thousands of dollars.
Edit add: They also can still get another account if their whole range is banned. There are ways (I have done it) to access servers remotely using lynx or links if they have ssh access to a remote server...
