I'm in California and I stop by at a local bank that knows I'm a collector. I ask if they have any halves or old dollar rolls and they promptly responded with a $20 roll of Kennedy's and two rolls of IKEs.

I paid with Jefferson dollars and quickly surveyed the Kennedy's. Nothing!

I wait to get home to check out the IKEs for varieties. Now, these IKEs had been discovered by the heirs of somebodies grand folks that had recently passed away. Nearly every one of them had been glued to some type of art board so 90% of them displayed a prominent glue spot on the reverses. I knew this going into it and was prepared to due some acetone soaking if needed.

I opened the first roll, and nothing appeared. No peglegs, no FEP's, no talon heads, nothing.

I opened the second roll and out popped a nice looking 1921 Morgan Dollar! Nothing spectacular mind you, just a nice run of the mill Morgan!

In all the roll searches I have done, I have found many Kennedy's in 90% and 40% but I have never come across a NMorgan in a roll of IKEs!

Pics coming soon.............
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

The name is LEE!
