Win a Conder Token!

Very simple rules - tell me what is special about the list of people below, as a group, and I will add your name twice. Replying without a reason gets your name added only once. I'll post the images tonight, but it's a Spalding one I've posted a few months ago.

Ends Sunday night.

Aethelred, 1jester, Askari, Tbirde56, Wybrit, WingedLiberty, Cacheman, CosmicDebris, Lordmarcovan, Laurentyvan, Mongoose, Darkhorse, Ajaan, Spinaker2000, Lloyd, Coinkat, Clankeye, MrEureka, Oldshep

I think since it is a conder tradition it should be spelled "olde fartes".

My last line of work you would be called "old heads", or referred to as "having your whiskers".
MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.
  • Other than all being listed in this thread, they are all older than I am, apparently they have all been members for 3+ years.

Given the length of time all named seem to have been here, would'nt it be more respectfull to phrase it:

All of those are very good guesses... However, out of all the "old farts" - what is so special about just those listed in my original message?

They are all members you have met or purchased from?image

Ok, another hint - the order, in which the names are listed, matters...

    Aethelred
    1jester
    Askari
    Tbirde56
    Wybrit
    WingedLiberty
    Cacheman
    CosmicDebris
    Askari
    Lordmarcovan
    Laurentyvan
    Mongoose
    Darkhorse
    Ajaan
    Spinaker2000
    1jester
    Lloyd
    Wybrit
    Askari
    Laurentyvan
    Coinkat
    Clankeye
    MrEureka
    Oldshep

  • HussuloHussulo Posts: 2,953 ✭✭✭
You have listed Wybrit in your second list twice. image
I haven't checked their profiles but, I'll guess they are listed in ascending order of age. Aethelred being the youngest and oldshep the oldest?
  • laurentyvanlaurentyvan Posts: 4,243 ✭✭✭

Not only that, but these members are the most handsome, debonair, intelligent, wise, and witty members, certainly not among the oldest....image

    Yes... yes I did image

  • << <i> You have listed Wybrit in your second list twice >>

1Jester and Laurentyvan are also each listed twice and Askari is listed three times!

    Curiouser and curiouser.

    Are they all Conder collectors?

Somehow I think we're missing a few members...

Maybe it's because we're all lean, mean, collecting machines.

Wow, that list was a blast from the past! Those are from about when I first started over here...in fact I think it was a combination of some Askari post, Satootoko (I was in Japan at the time and saw his name as an ebay bidder, then on a post over here) and one of Cosmic's old icons (that proof Yemen lion head roaring...) that started my turn to the dark. Wow! Cool post Spoon and cool thread 2K!!
