What I don't understand is this clown points out that he's an ANA member and yet nothing is done about him by the ANA. Now, there are some members and former members of the BOG of the ANA who post (or at least lurk) around there.
I believe many of us would appreciate an explanation as to why you let scum like this remain members of the ANA!!

Many times I am no huge fan of the ANA but even I cut them slack when it comes to operating at a speeds faster than light. In other words, for the ANA to do anything, the member must be reported (have you reported him yet?) and then they must get his or her side of the story. I presume that if this member is reported, it is likely that he will be expelled, but that takes time...and someone willing to report him
" The A.N.A. (American Numismatic Association) is working with E-Bay to scrutinize an individuals holdings and inform E-Bay of its findings in order to remove a listing or listings from an auction. The A.N.A. I believe is working in conjunction with 3rd.Party Graders also to acquire false accounts on E-Bay to bid on these coins. They will jack up a bid to a Limit where no buyer would consider going. Now I have no problem with the A.N.A. doing things to secure a safe and honest environment on E-Bay but I do have an issue when they make wrong claims and assume a coin is not authentic because it is not Certified and the individuals low starting bid seems strange. For them to assume a coins authenticity based on a picture and price is ludicrous. A coin is presumed counterfeit because of some assumption is indeed extremely sad. I myself cannot truly tell if a coin is genuine or not until I weigh the coin and check its diameter and key features. Yes I have been fooled and may once again be fooled but not by a Picture!!! Not by a Starting Bid!!! Not by a Buy it Now Price!!! I have had two of these 3rd.Party Graders bid on my Coins in an Attempt to keep me from selling them. They are extremely rude and use profanity! They treat you like scum and assume you are a criminal. To treat someone like that is very unprofessional. If I ever find out which Grading Services they belong to there will be legal ramifications involved. I have E-Mails to show that these individuals are ruthless people. They are making mistakes and will not assume responsibility. I have had excellent feedback until recently when a couple of my coins were scrutinized. Dear Seller, do not make the mistake of listing an assumed counterfeit coin. They will treat you like a worthless human being and inform E-Bay to suspend your account. They will do all this under a guise of doing whats right when in its own right it is being found guilty without a trial. I do however commend them for their intentions and hope that they will use better judgement in selecting individuals for harassment and suspension "
Glad to hear some action is being taken. I forgot to mention that I've been in the ANA myself since 1976 and we've had enough other issues around lately without characters like this creating more bad P. R. for the organization.
Is this the position taken by the ANA? We are ruthless, unprofessional, make mistakes, make assumptions, assume no responsibilty, treat people like scum, ect and may suffer legal ramifications. Not a word about sellers who auction off counterfeits.

I have no idea....I just copied and pasted the text from his auction, draw your own conclusion.....
First, I am responding on an ASSUMPTION that you really are THAT Richard from RF Coins. (...and if you are not THAT Richard, then maybe the REAL Richard will read this.)
Second, I cannot believe that I am even giving you attention AND a moment of my time on September 11th.
I was one of the first (if not the first) to e-mail you immediately after your FIRST attempt to sell the bogus 1807. My e-mail was a friendly, courteous and I believed a professional suggestion to you that the coin was bogus and you needed to take a look at the coin.
Instead of saying (in so many words) "Oooops! I may have goofed, let me check it out," all I received was in part the following from you: "I am fed up with people like you who think they are the E-Bay police trying to find the least little problem with someones listing."
Days later, after countless people on the forums got involved and drummed the facts and consequences into your head, you still allowed your auction to continue until eBay cancelled it.
...but this wasn't enough. Knowing it was INDEED a counterfeit, you tried to sell it a SECOND TIME on eBay.
You didn't even learn your lesson with the 1807 bogus half. What about the 1795 bogus Dollar?
What are you? Are you another Lindsay, Brittney or Paris in constant need of attention?
First, you claimed innocence.
Then you claimed the TPGS's and their covert Helpers were out to get you.
Now you want to be forgiven and let back into the fold.
...as far as I am concerned, you no longer exist on my planet.
