Where oh where is my June Special????

Dang, another week down and still nothing back on my June special. Delivery confirmation showed it was signed for at PSA On July 2nd, but of course it was not logged in until July 10th, and nothing back yet....

    Don't they deduct days they are doing card shows? So the National would cut out a few business days from the calculation. Mine was logged in July 16. I'm hoping for grades by Christmas. image

    Still nothing...

    Oh well, maybe that is because I had so many 10's image

    The least PSA could do is explain to it's members if there is ANY method to the system they use to decide what order they pull these from the hat, and as far as deducting for show days Orlando posted last month saying not all graders travel to the shows, but it's just another reason to extend everyones wait. I wish i could run my business this way .

    I would like better online tracking of the progress of the order. Is it in on the shelve waiting, in grading, in review, in sealing, etc. so you have a sense of when it is coming. They used to tell you on the phone and no longer do that. It would also be nice for them to automatically show the number of days outstanding at the bottom of the screen shown above so you can figure out when they are deducting days for things like the national.

    yeah, i have given up hope.. maybe i will get them by next year. or i guess i could just buy cards that are already graded and save time..lol mine were recieved 6-17-07. only 28 cards figured it would be quick with 28 cards.. so how can they deal with the $13 sub and five day, other than going over us who have been in line for awhile. don

    This idea makes way to much sense it can't happen, then everyone wouldn't be calling wondering where their cards are. What will the people answering the phones do with all their extra time.(HA)

    Still waiting on a June sub mailed to PSA on June 30th, logged in on July 11th. Maybe after the NFL season kicks off.........

    Still waiting on mine also. I think I'm on business day 40 or so. I called PSA the other day and they said that it is taking close to 45 business days or more for the June subs because they were simply overwhelmed by the response and did not anticipate so many orders. The bummer is that they also said that while they are trying to have them back in 45 business days that many are going over that. What can you do?

    Got my June 10 card order back finally. I really was interested in the 1971 OPC and 1966 Venezeula Topps cards. I am happy to say both graded what I expected. The 1971 OPC 8 was a crack out from a KSA 9 slab. The 1966 Venezuelan was raw purchase online. The other 8 were really filers trying to find upgrades. All were stretches and grades showed that. Given time it took, I should have just graded the two cards at full price.
