Would like some advice on what to do with my 1975 Topps Baseball Set

I have had the set since 1980. I haven't done a thing to it. It is sitting in a binder. I know that getting cards graded I could get a lot more for it. Bottom line is I don't want it anymore. I would rather trade it for stuff I want or I would sell it. I don't want to sell it for dirt cheap because this thing is nice I just would rather other cards. What is the best way to get this thing off? I know a card shop will screw you.. Online I don't think people pay a lot for raw cards/sets. Do I spend the time and money and get this thing graded? I would love to find someone close to me within reason and set up a trade.. I don't know.. I just know I would rather something else.. Opinions wanted... By the way I am in SoCal......

I am in Las Vegas and would be interested in the set, depending on condition and price, where in So Cal are you located?
