Is cameo an attribute?

If you beleive a coin is a cam or dcam, does pcgs require attribute checked on the submission form? Or is cam and dcam normal grading?

My experience is that PCGS will determine cameo as part of regular grading, and that you do not have to pay extra for the cameo determination.

Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...

You don't have to ask for cameo designation - you get it with the standard grading fees.
