I disagree- the card is exactly as described...lol Yea the seller is kinda not lying- what if the holder has a scratch? The card looks great and presents well also. It sold exactly for what it is worth. P.S. at least it's not an In Action rookie?

I agree, thats a nice card that went for a good price to the bidder.

Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards. Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
I have no issue with the way he's posted the auction either. The pic clearly displays the flic with the (OC) prominently on the front. I agree some OC are not bad. Here's one I originally picked up raw for $2.50 that I'm rather fond of.
This is besides the main point, I guess. But, I just hate bait and switch. If scam is too harsh of a word, then it is infinitely close to a scam. The grade is 9 (OC), he advertised a 9. Just because it becomes clear later doesn't change his initial lie about his product. It's spamming on top of it. Bad seller, plain and simple. Honest people don't do this.

The cert number is the same on all of them.
Notice she has only gotten FB on ONE of those so far and it was a neg. Listing it as a 9 and not a 9 OC is deceptive.
6 auctions for Marino psa 9 OC, all with the same cert #, all ending really close to each other. This is a train wreck man. Good eye!!
