he responded and said "thats awful i own a card shop and i bought the collection from a collector" send it back and i will refund you. so i'm hoping he keeps his word. for a guy who owns a "card shop" it seems strange he would only sell gem graded cards and not psa, bgs, or sgc..wonder if theres a reason he sells gem only?

Maybe it's easier for him to sell the psa cards at his store, and dump the crap on ebay where there's a better chance of uneducated buyers. It's possible somebody could buy a PRO card and not know or care the difference. The ones who bother sending in right away get a quik refund and he passes the screwing on to someone else.

That last scan you posted looks MUCH better.

Sorry it was trimmed, it looks in better shape on the original scan, but it looks like a reprint. You can still get good deals by buying raw off ebay, but they are harder and harder to come by. Sounds like you got an honest seller so I hope he makes it right by you.

I will not know till i have the card in hand. all it said was card restored when i get it back there will be a index card stating the type of restoration and a diagram showing the area. i hope he sticks to what he promised and makes good as well.
