Found diamond earring

I was picking up a few boxes of baseball cards from Wally World yesterday evening , as I walked out the doors, I saw something shimmering in the light , almost as if it were a little fire on the ground , not a chance in heck that I could miss it and I can't see how anyone else did .

On the back it says 22K and I think it might be a real diamond , it's not too small either , I'd say 1/2 -3/4 carat .
