Got a 1999 Austraila 1 Dollar coin at the beach today.



Lot of beach to cover:



As I was leaving the beach, I got a reading of 14--17 = foil
This is what I got:


Is it old?

21 stones total(tested = Diamonds) 14K White Gold:

Those are 2 nice finds especially the ring. I think that the older persons coin must be for me.

Jerry, I would’ve peed myself If I found a ring like that. What kind of ‘tector are you using and how do you compensate for the salt?

I was using the White's DFX with a BigFoot coil. The salt does't bother it. I use one program for most all my hunting.
