36-S buff newP from Baltimore, RPM to boot

Picked this up in Baltimore yesterday. I'm certain it is an RPM, although I suspect everyone will bemoan that the photo's are too blurry to tell. I'm guessing it is RPM-005 with the repunch south and west.
