You were a scum bag then and you are still a scum bag today Gary. Now why don't you head back under that rock you crawled out from in the first place and stay there.
I was luckily not part of any of the rips but its always important information to know where the dishonest people are lurking. There are threads on this board all the time about problem ebay sellers/buyers and other buyers/sellers we have experiences with. Gary is no different, in fact, worse and that is why he gets the attention. He directly affected MANY on this board. He is one lucky SOB for someone not to have brought a lawsuit against him. I'm quite surprised he would show himself here again. Pretty sad, actually and not in a pity sort of way.
You admitted to switching packs and making money off the rips.
Are you changing your tune, again?
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)
I also what to know his thoughts on the person who left him a Neg for this bogus 1989 Fleer case. And how he got all those Grieffy PSA 9-10s. But the case he sold had none. Seems odd.

It's pathetic that he still tries to rationalize the fact that he ripped off dozens of fellow collectors. At least he was stopped before getting that 78 case from BBCE. No wonder he was so insistent on doing the shipping, even when Steve offered to do it for us. That was a huge red flag.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
But yet he tries redirecting the blame to Steve Hart and pack authentication. He has admitted his wrongdoing...and maybe only part of it and not the whole truth but yet still coming on here trying to deflect. I dont understand why anyone who has a completely and forever ruined ruputation(on his own accord) would think that he could turn that around? Maybe something a psychiatrist could help him understand.
It looks like Gary may have graduated from his spelling class. Now that school is out maybe he'll have more time to finish that bar or more time for his Cards for Kid's Charity.
Remember the beat up empty fleer 86' box Gary claimed to buy from an old man when he really bought it from ebay? That lie was very strange.....well compared to all his other lies.

Actually, there is no such thing as "forever ruined."
He messed it up on his own accord, and it can ONLY be redeemed on his own accord.
He is obviously troubled by the circumstance; if not, he would not be here. It is always alot easier to be angry than it is to feel the pain of loss. When you lose a friend, it feels better to get mad than it does to get sad. Anger masks the pain, but it does not lead to redemption.
When he's ready to redeem himself, he will. When the folks he burned are ready to let it go, they will. Such is life.

Can you please explain how you decided whose money you would refund from the 1970's football rip? I emailed you, PM'd you, and filed a PayPal claim, and never received even so much as a "screw you" in reply. Yet others received their refunds.

<< <i>I dont think he will be back on here. He doesnt have the balls. >>
He did. You know those old wax packs that came with a marble? On accident he slipped em in a pack and sold em.
