I really like the "Have you seen this man?" t shirt idea that someone had for the National. The back could say "Ask me about great card deals from Gary." There are pictures out there of him. Bet he'll show up.

Resealing since 1987
Or since hes in Ca. Maybe a You Tube spoof of the old So Cal. commercial. If you wanna buy a car go see Cal, If you wanna buy...We'll take anything in on trade.
If you wanna get ripped go see Gary, If you wanna get....we'll rip anyone off in trade.
Here's the thread that tells the story
Basically Gary was a ringleader in a group rip of a few case/box rips, including a 75 mini case. He was then caught buying a bunch of empty wrappers and common lots off Ebay to reseal and and pass off to board members as packs from the breaks.
Thread
how do you purchase 76 wrappers on ebay?
Steve
Unfortunately, most of the more notorious resealers buy their wrappers under alt IDs to fabricate their "packs" before listing them. The correct gum is usually the hardest thing to obtain which is why the wrong-sized gum is usually the most obvious sign of a pack factory.

My Mess
I would like it to be 20 years from now. And for Gary to feel that everything is in the past. Then I see him at a show and say "Are you gary?" Yea. Oh youre the Fkjkl Hhhhheeeeejklaaaaaakjdddddd that stole money from all the guys on PSA. And have hime live with it even after 20 years.

<< <i>plan was to sell the empty box 36 empty wrappers and the cards in 1 lot on ebay
it should read the backup plan was to sell the empty box 36 wrappers and the cards in 1 lot on ebay. The PLAN was to scam board members into another 76 football rip.
I'd love to run into this clown at a show and mess w/ him when he has customers at his table.

lol and GARY would be the buyer under one of his ebay buying ID's
you dont remember??? All those "Psa wax breaks" were shipped to him first, then he resealed the the packs and sent them to board members. He even tried to get the 75 topps mini break shipped to him first, but then we ended up having them shipped from the BBC exchange. Someone caught him buying the exact boxes scheduled for the break... ahead of the break! Then they did MORE research and found out he was having the boxes shipped from bbcX to him, and replacing them with his leftover wax from an undisclosed seller. Meanwhile using the reputation of BBCX as the seller of the boxes when they had been in Gary's closet for years. This came to light again when one of the boxes that was provided was listed as sold out on BBCX's website(footbal I believe), but was included in the wax break. Also, he then tried to organize certain box breaks of 80's wax he had already resealed to then replace it from BBCX so he had at LEAST ordered the same boxes, and had proof the same type of wax came from BBcX. WOW huh!! Nobody even bother to check out there packs since the source was reputible and everyone was just excited to rip. Then it turns out Gary, stephaniescollectiblecloset on ebay, had all these PSa 10's, noticebly a ton of 89 ripken errors, and other stars up on ebay from the wax breaks! Then, he really didn't try to deny the fact, but made some excuses and admitted to what he did saying he would refund people's money if they promised to send the cards back. I guess a few people did get refunds, and he since disappeared. UGH!
Buy a bunch of cases, pull out the good cards, then sell the cases for what you bought them for. Classy.

Sad thing though that guys like him really do not care about others.
Post his pic HERE to show he has no soul, also the was nice GIF of him being shot in the head with a machine gun!
Why did they grade that from this jerk....
DON'T LET THIS SLIP BY
...Like it slipped by the graders...j/k
<< <i>Also, it should be noted that he had a seemingly endless run of PSA 10 '89 Ripken FF Scribble ($125), Randy Johnson Marlboro ($125), and Griffey RCs ($35), while at the same time was getting negatives from ebay buyers claiming they bought an entire wax case from him and didn't pull any Griffey's or Johnson's. Seems like he picked up on the collation codes for those wax cases and pulled out all the good cards (you can see who's on the bottom of the pack usually).

haha.
1989 Fleer suits Gary just fine. He likes the high-end stuff.

But they graded the rest of his. And they dont look likt they have nice corner folds.
And for the idiot above trying to reinterpret the story. All the boxes from the baseball rips came from bbce and no I did not exchange them for stuff in my closet. The wrappers and lots I bought on ebay that started this whole mess were purchased after the football rip already started.
And for those who kept a close eye on my auctions hmm. Just like I said empty boxes and wrappers sell great that 76 box from the rip and those wrappers and cards I bought you all wish I was resealing. Lets see I was in it all for 80 put them together in a lot (not resealed packs) and sold it for 185 that’s business fellas.
You guys have a great life and keep on bashing me hear but in the real world my business is still strong and I have lots of customers Who know and trust what I sell. Yeah I’ll remember this in 20 years it will be fun to see what bent version of the events are around then. Heck its only been a few months and the story just keeps getting better.
I wont even bother posting on the boards anymore or even reading them just thought I had to come back since my friends told me about this thread and speak some peace so let bashing continue
Oh one last shot now you guys above are even bashing psa assuming I resealed packs and got them past the graders. You guys are a classy bunch. You guys want me to be a resealer so bad you are saying psa and gai cant detect a resealed pack you guys are pathetic
Have a Great life
First of all, no one believes you have any friends, so we assume you still read these boards looking for your name to come up. Second of all, there are still people saying they sent their cards back and never received a refund: Link Third of all, you already admitted that you switched stuff out and not everything was bought from BBCE, so now you're back to denying it which makes a whole lot of sense. Fourth of all, you changed your name on ebay for no apparent reason other than to hide under a new alias and sell your resealed junk. Who the hell is Stephanie and why does she have a card closet? Why not Gary's card closet if you want to be upfront with people?
<< <i>I haven’t been here for months but a friend altered me.... >>
Is that a Freudian slip there that he typed altered instead of alerted?
If only you really could be altered.....if only.
Steve Hart at bbce does. So your basically trying to say I slipped resealed packs past Steve Hart and If that where true . Then how would Steve know his own inventory isnt resealed. . See what I mean you guys are so quick to want to believe the worst you dont think out the situation before you open your mouths . Of course that will never change around here becuase everyone on this baord is an expert.
Anyways that was my last shout out
That's lying, cheating, and deception Gary. I guess anything to make a buck, eh?
Oh - and Zardoz - why is this jack azz even still a registered memebr?
