Are mislabeled slabs common?

I won this auction: 1948 Roosevelt Dime PCGS
I didn't notice when I won but I got the coin today and was suprised to see a "D" mintmark.
Sure enough the auction photos show it as well.
Common or not?

I have a 1968 dime (d mint I think) that is labelled without the FB, but looking at it, it is FB and looking up the cert online, PCGS lists it as FB as well.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
I've had a few, but they bug me, so I send 'em in for reholdering. All of the major services will reholder an error slab for free.

Yes. Most of them have the wrong grade on them.

I've sent about 140 coins or so over the past three years.
2 were mislabeled. One was a 1998 Wide AM and the other is argumentative (satin finish vs. business strike) at best. I got pics.
As for the following:
a closer look, one can see the finish that makes it "SATIN".
It's in the mint plastic. Is there a difference ?
There sure is when it comes to money/value/price guide/population.
