No rub on the knee, looks like a good amount of luster. I would say easy 65, possible 66.

This was bought by Steve Duckor in 1980. It graded MS65. The rim on the reverse is known as a beveled rim and is very common for this date. There are no subtractions for what looks like roughness.
So for those who read my sigline, I say, nice. I'm a dummy.
Actually, I guessed 65 before I saw the answer. Probably the only time I've ever guessed right on one of these. The lustre and wear always throw me off on this series....

Chicolini: Mint? No, no, I no like a mint. Uh - what other flavor you got?
Nice 65 there Saintly. I was immediately focused on the obverse contact marks(left breast, rock below left foot, upper serif of numeral one in date) and would have speculated 64.
Surfaces are more important that small ticks! The toning and skin on this coin is amazing. It was not touched by the modern coin doctors since it was bought in 1980...the pictures never do great Saints justice. The better the lustre and surfaces, the more busy they look in pics.
Read the thread. Saw the coin a long time ago. A killer coin which stands on its own no matter the holder. My 2nd. favorite saint issue, next to the 21.
