PCGS Grades today

Well here goes:
Canada
PCGS grade my grade
1935 Dollar MS64 MS64
1947 Dollar blunt 7 MS63 MS63
1953 Dollar strap MS64 MS64
1955 Dollar MS64 MS64
Mexico
1845 MO 8Reales MS62 MS63 lovely coin
1902 Zs Peso MS64 MS65 shot 66
the embarrassment
GB-1902 1d MS63 Brown MS65 shot 66
I am sure all of you will now likely ask... Coinkat, why would you submit such a common coin? In my mind, this one was different because of the dripping lustre and very strong blue colour... this truly was a smashing coin and perhaps one of the finest I have seen of this date in terms of eye appeal. I really can not help but feel something went wrong here... just not sure what. I just may have missed something...
edited to add... I think this was day 21 or so. PCGS has reduced turn around times with World Coin submissions

I won't, I'm used to see ajaan submit ten times more common coins, and don't even get me started about JJ.
But I am curious, what was your criteria between this and the recent NGC submission of yours? Why not all to one service?
Nice results and good guesses on the Canadians.

I'd love to see images of that one
Fantastic job on your vs PCGS grading. Pretty damn good job.
Positive BST: WhiteThunder (x2), Ajaan, onefasttalon, mirabela, Wizard1, cucamongacoin, mccardguy1
Negative BST: NONE!
Good question.
I like the multi-coin holder that NGC has for Maundy coinage. I believe both NGC and PCGS have 5 coin minimums for the economy world grading... I like both PCGS and NGC. And now for some commentary about my experiences with both services...
NGC was brutal on Edward VII Canadian. I have a 1903-H 50 CENTS graded F15 by NGC that is comical to look at... there is a full band across botton portion of the crown. It looks to be a reasonable mid VF coin...
PCGS was brutal on the recent Edward VII GB 1d... I had previously submitted a lowtide and it came back at the higher end of my expectations. I guess my view is that both of these coins, (the lowtide and the 1902 just graded) just can not be 63 brown.
I have a Canadian Dollar registry set at PCGS... STRICTLY FOR FUN and afew laughs at my expense... I think PCGS does well with Canadian Dollars, from George V through Elizabeth (1967).
I think NGC and PCGS do well with Mexican... no peference and I will submit coins to bothe services depending on minimum submissions.
I want to support, when possible, the world coin efforts that both PCGS and NGC are making...
