    It's a 1/12 Taler from Friedrich Wilhelm I. If someone reads German, it looks like more information about it can be found at this link.

    To add to what TwoKopeiki said, it's from Prussia. KM# 176, Berlin mint, master's marks IGN, CV $30 in VG (Krause 4th ed.).

    According to this website the stick-thing in the circle is the Sceptre of Brandenburg, given to the Prussian king's ancestor Friedrich I by the emperor when he was granted his new lands in 1417.
