what has been the quality of FIRST DAY COIN COVER quarters ?

For those who have opened or graded state quarter FDCC's what is the quality like? 2007 Montana? Other states? Thank you.

    Don't know...Haven't taken them out of the sleeves. But from what I've read..quality is not much better than what you get from mint rolls. On the other hand, I don't buy the FDCC's to have them graded nor do I purchases them for the coins. "Buy the holder & not the coin" is my motto for the FDCC's.
