About 4 years ago, I went to pick up my submission from (GAI); yes GAI at a show. When they took your submission and brought it back the following show a month later. Steve Rocchi said "here comes the EagleEyeKid to pick up his cards". Tada! So it stuck. It may be lame...I dunno.

I'm a Minnesota boy, and one of the best things to have come from our slightly underated state was a band called the Replacements.
A guy part timin' it as a church janitor (Paul Westerberg) overheard some kids jamming and convinced them that he was a singer.
Their music started out as punky and juvenile, but later the songs and lyrics got pretty damn good. They became the poster band for misfits. You almost can't listen to some of their records without pouring a drink. loveable f*ups, those boys. In '86, the label basically demanded a video, so they made one. It was a close up of an amplifier pumping to the bass out as their song played through it . The whole video! Needless to say, MTV didn't put it in heavy rotation. The band was very critically aclaimed, but never too comercially successful.
Anyways , one of their best 25 songs is called Left of the Dial. Best as I can figure out, it's about a local band that is good but can't get nowhere, and their songs are only found on college radio stations with crappy wattage that were left of the dial

I was looking for a name for my fantasy football team at work and, while driving somewhere, I saw a billboard with the word HoofHearted on it. I graduated from Colorado State U. back in '82 and liked the Broncos, so I thought it was fitting. I also liked how the name asks a question... image

  • No rhyme or reason for my name. I couldn't think of anything else.

I'm 28, going on about 18 or 20. I collect garbage pail kids, GI Joe's, toys I had from the 80's, cards, and other fun stuff to remind me of better times.

I don't think I ever want to be any old than 21, 22 tops. That's when my age stops.

TNP = the narrow path. As a Christian, it is the path I strive to stay on. I'm unsuccessful way too often, but it is a worthy goal to shoot for. 777 - I like the numbers 7, 3 and 21, so 7 three times is 21. Seven is also a very prominent number in the Bible.

One of my dogs, when she was a puppy had huge feet for a whippet. Figuring she'd grow into them we estimated that she'd be bigger than the average whippet, which turns out we were right. She's not as graceful as most whippets either, but a great dog nonetheless. Her name is Rhea, but I started calling her the Moose Dog, and the nickname stuck.

I am a competitive sporting clays shooter. I travel all over the US shooting in the largest events. The first World Championships I shot in I finished 22nd....clayshooter22. I generally finish a World or National shoot with a top ten finish or better.

I was a sports card dealer for 15 years although I haven't dealt since 1992. I still collect and I send cards to PSA to fill in my 1991 DS set and Puckett Master set although I've really been adding quite a few cards over the last 6 months since they shut down my online poker accounts, lol. I used to play 5-7 nights a week. If Neteller ever unfreezes my money I'll be in the market for a PSA 10 '83 Fritsch!! ...maybe two! ha!
