  • Wow..somone got a great deal. You can find the 60 set at a fair price for some reason. Not sure if it is not attractive to collectors or if it had a higher print run. I like the set alot.
  • Wow, that was a ridiculously low price for that card, i must have thought when i looked at it earlier in the week it was a qualifier card or i would have bid on it. that is a problem with e bay at times , if you're card ends at a bad time or just gets overlooked you can give it away. I had a 55 topps single sell ungraded about 4 weeks ago the buyer bailed and is no longer a registered user it sold for over $10 the first time. it sold again yesterday for .99 cents. I think it may also help if you list several cards at the same time from the same set in you're case 60 topps, it seems they get more looks that way. I also like the fixed price format while allowing the buyer an opportunity to submit a best offer. If you have a list of what 1960 in Psa 8 or better you are wanting to sell i may be interested in some of them pre e bay, you can PM me or e mail me at pburnett04@comcast.net. thanks Phil
  • also Chris what i was saying about the fixed price auction with the best offer option i saw you listed a Red Schoendienst today in an 8, the last one sold on e bay for $32 and change i was outbid on it my max $31.++, with the best offer you could have listed it for $39. as you did while allowing someone the opportunity to make you an offer, the way it is now once someone bids the opening bid $9.99 you lose control of what you might end up with for the card it may go for $15 or $50 it's a crap shoot. Yep, eBay is a huge crap shoot. Sometimes you get deals and sometimes you give them. image Anyway, lots of good cards still going cheap if anyone needs them.

    Thanks again,
    Chris
