A friend of mine has tons of stuff that was on the first mission and several other missions to space. He was the physical trainer for the astronauts. One item he showed me saturaday was a coin that was made from a piece of the Columbia and the Eagle, the first trip to the moon. He also has the original patches the astronauts would design themselves and the coin that was made with those patches, each astronaut would get 50 coins,theres ony 150 coins total(3 astronauts). He has 2 pictures of the original seven and both pictures has all seven signatures. He has the very first piece of exercise equipment to go into space(I think it was on apollo 11) that he designed. He has lots of patches that were on the astronauts suites, he has 2 flight suits, envelopes the the astronuats took to the moon and will on the moon they stamped them. Tons of pictures that are signed by the astronauts, etc, etc.... His wife was a big part of this and she pasted away a few months ago and he cant look at the stuff anymore and wants to sell all of it.. Didnt know if anyone on this site buys items like this or if they know anyone that might be interested. Thanks for any info you may have.

I sent the pictures of the coin. He also has several coins that were made along with the astronauts self-designed patches for each mission. Each astronaut got 50 coins(3 astronauts) so theres on 150 of these coins and each coin is numbered.
