My 55 Lincoln DD?

Bought this on ebay. Got it and was wondering if real DD and if so does it carry a premium? Your thoughts are appreciated. Pics taken at 10x / 60x / 200x with my new Digital Blue USB Microscope.

That is the 'Poor man's doubled die' and I do not think they carry too much of a premium.

Yep...Poor Man's DD.....maybe a buck or so...maybe a couple of bucks on ebay.

No premium. I still find those in rolls and even my change every now and then.

Rob,

You will know when you have the "real" DDO, because you will not need 10X, 60X, or 200X to see it. It is one that can be seen a mile away (so to speak).

Yep, I wish the real good one. But the picture was sorta bad when I bought it and I figured I could lose $20 and not go to the poor house. "Poor mans 55D" suits me fine, I am poor
