<< <i>There should be no NFL talk on a thread dedicated to Cole Hamels who could windup one day being one of the the greatest pitchers of all time. His gutsy performance last night was one for the books. Everyone here should feel blessed that they are witnessing the early stages of an almost certain Hall of Fame pitcher.
My advice...Buy all the Cole Hamels rookies you can, BUY ALL THE COLE HAMELS ROOKIES YOU CAN. Twenty years from now you'll be able to sell the cards for beautiful homes in both Beverly Hills and the French Riviera, with a Maserati, Lamborghini and Rolls Royce for good measure...and don't forget the 75 foot Yacht as well.

Phillies look sharp, and I fully expect them to advance vs the Cubs. For real...

I would definitely rather face the Dodgers than the Cubs for the NL pennant, and I hope it doesn't turn out to be a case of "Be careful what you wish for"

Good luck the rest of the way to both teams fans.

<< <i>Steve, the Dodgers have the better overall Pitching and good pitching usually shuts down good hitting in a short series.

Well, I'll just hope whichever team is pitching against the Phillies, that their throws look like beachballs to the Phillies batters.
