Jack Lee has assembled some of the finest Morgan sets. I believe he is on his fourth one. In my mind, Lee and Eliasberg are among the top pedigrees for Morgan dollars and worth a premium over an equivalent coin without the pedigree.
That photo makes the coin look not so nice. If all a person had was the photo, I would pass on that kind of coin. However, if Jack Lee picked it for his first set, it is probably a stunner in hand. Lee's reputation is that good.

Me personally, I'd rather buy a lower grade proof Morgan, but get a cameo. I think the cameo's look a
whole lot cooller.
