Circ Dollar Buy prices ??

Anyone know what a competitive buy price is for circ dollars?
I'm referring to F-AU, no junk, no 21 Morgans.

My dealer is selling these coins--generic circulated Morgan, Peace for $14 so I guess about $10 or $11 buy. Edit: AU probably more--the problem is spotting them versus EFs. I've gone through the big grab box at the shop and seen a number of common Morgans and Peace that were probably AU and as a matter of fact bought a dirty 1886P that I acetoned and had graded by ANACS on a special and came back 65--but it takes a lot of time. Just my experience.
