Well I did not mean for the grade to show it's a auction pic. Anyway I been trying to buy one of these for a few months, just could not get the right price till today. I really like the looks of this coin.

My suggestion is to stretch and locate a nice XF, a better value IMO for not much more dough, unless VF works better for your collection.

I would think that everyone on the PCGS Message Boards would be knowledgeable aboout the PCGS certification number process:

[coin number.grade/certification number]

Auction photo or not it could still have been cropped.

I don't understand the seemingly rude comments about the fact that the certification number was showing in the picture. I for one did not know that you can tell the grade by that number.

Jeez, you guys really know how to make people feel unwelcome at this site!

By the way, that is a great looking coin, and you got it at an unbelievable price!

The holder says 20, but that coin is a 25. If 5 extra points means anything to you, then submit it again under the regrade service.

The first numbers are the coin number, the second numbers are the grade and the third numbers is the cert number.
