    If you are the snotty, elite, purist numismatist, then keep going. AT vs NT who cares? Just because the toning is caused by the silver being exposed to a sulfer based environment instead of a hundred years of age doesn't make it any less pretty.

    At least he doesn't hide the fact it is AT though....give him a tad of credit for that.

    The seller has a point, and at least he's upfront. You can't fault him for "destroying" a rare coin, either. At least he's sticking to the new stuff. It would make a cool jewelry piece or pendant, don't you think?
