Just to be clear Axtell - it wasn't me who ever reported you...if it was I would just say so, but doing that just isn't my style. Frankly, you could be a good poster here in the style say of joestalin who everyone here understands just talks smack and never really personally insults anybody if you carefully read his posts. I never do that either if you carefully read mine and understand the smack. Why not simply stop with the personal insults and you could be a decent poster here? It's up to you.

    Hey moron.

I sent SM1 a post the DAY this account went live. I simply logged on to get in contact with some people...and to find out if you dopes were as gullible as I thought.

Guess what? You are. You guys see a voice of opposition and without rhyme or reason you ATTACK. Why is that? Damn anyone who dares to critique your precious thought processes? Who knows. Honestly, though, its been good for laughs. You remind me of circus clowns. Falling over each other and just making me laugh. hahaha

You think if I wanted to remain on this board I wouldnt have posted differently? Jesus christ man you are dumber than I thought.

This is fun! It's like a long lost puppy finally found home!

Please Ax, stop, you couldn't and won't stay away from this forum. What else does a person have to do when a match box car and a computer are his entire life?

    Hey clown,

This board was a much better place without you. YOU are the pathetic loser who is so desperate to post on here that you had to fabricate a new ID after getting BANNED. Loser.

  • Exactly what do 'matchbox cars and a computer' have to do with prince performing?

I'll take that as yet another flagrant abuse of the TOS of the CU forums. Man you got them adding up. I'm keeping count.

You ought to be an expert on that, what with getting BANNED and all. I bet it must have been a painful withdrawal those six weeks since your last post under Axtell's ID. Wonder if PSA knows about this new one you got, Steve? image

  • Yet you cannot stop replying to 'the pathetic loser'.

What does that say about you?
  • Everyone has the right to their opinions but I think Prince's halftime show tonight was the best Super Bowl performance I can remember. That may not be saying much...

Also, it's cool to hear someone came to Nashville for their honeymoon!
  • Prince's half time show was one of the best....ever. I only watched a few minutes of it; I didn't even know he was going to be on or otherwise I would have made sure to watch. The range Prince shows with his songs is pretty much untouched by other artists. He can jam a hard rocking tune, change to a slow ballad and then play something funky....lol, sometimes in the same song. God, please NO country from one of today's 'stars'.

What individual artist would you want for next year? I think a Kid Rock or Usher performance would be neat...maybe a Sammy Hagar mini-concert.....or a Jimmy Buffet set.....

According to the local papers, Prince was a hot ticket here in South Florida this week, as he played at the sold out Hard Rock. It says tickets were going as high as $500 each! Yikes!

    edit: Super Bowl week madness!
  • Ok, so the NFL has gone to Paul McCartney, The Stones and this year Prince since it used to be YO NFL Half-Time Raps.

At this pace, next year we should see Van Halen, followed by Motley Crue and in 15 years perhaps they can have bans like Nickleback who are popular today playing at half time.

THe NFL needs to decide if it wants to be edgy and cool or try to cover as much people but it can't be both!

    Bring on Van Halen

The artist formerly known as Axtell is back with attitude and everything. Everyone in the forum is pointing, but who outed him first?

I loved it. Better than the game that is for sure. The commercials were not memorable either. I wish Prince would of played for an hour!

Great show by Prince, he even threw in a little 'All along the watchtower'. If I hadn't worn out my Purple rain cassette back in the day, I might be listening to it now.

Prince is definitely prissy and feminine on stage; however he is a very polished and talented performer. His on stage persona is sensual and erotic. Obviously a large segment of society likes what he brings to his performances.

I enjoyed his halftime show, particularly his playing of the Jimmie Hendrix "All along the watchtower" song.

What always amuses me about Prince (or TAFKAP) is the fact that he presents himself as a angst filled, deep, cutting edge artist, who will have a hissy fit if he does not get his way (I guess I keep relating to his character in the "Purple Rain" movie). My reaction to this is twofold. One, I feel like laughing at him. Two, I feel like he needs to be slapped and told to grow up. Still I like the show he puts on. He never changes and he looks just the same as he did in the early-mid 80's when he first made the big time.

I also liked Prince playing "Purple Rain" and "Hey, look me over" during the show yesterday. I was hoping that "Appollonia", "Morris Day" and "Jerome" would have hopped up on stage to join Prince in a rendition of "Sex Shooter" and "Jungle Love" [not much chance of that since I do not think Prince likes to share the spotlight].

The only other amusing thought that I had while watching Prince perform was of how funny it would be to see Prince [all 5'2" and 120 lbs of him] being placed on the field in a "Mini Me" sized football uniform, pads and helmet and have him play a few downs as either lineman, linebacker or fullback for the Bears or Colts.

Seeing Prince play football would be even better than seeing his half time show.
