Seems to me that someone is mixed up on what they have. That coin lists for $20.00 on the price list I'm looking at. Omaha Bank Hoard dimes rarely bring more than listed guide prices. Sometimes they don't even reach that level. Strange thing is the price listed on the page is for an AU50 coin.
