My local dealer just picked up a collection recently. I picked up some walkers, and setback a 1875 CC 20 cent piece.

that is the "whitest" Stone Mountain Commemorative that I have ever seen. How do the fields look when held at an angle away from direct light?

I will try to get a pic of it at some other angles, but they are pretty white... do you think it had a bath???

I would say yes with 99% certainty.

Is there any signs that i should look for that would show it had a bath???

If it's been scrubbed, look for patches of light hairlines at certain angles

Even if it doesn't show signs of a bad cleaning and it was "only" dipped, eighty-year-old coins should not be "blast white".

It doesn't look cleaned to me but the hairlines could be hiding.

Just from the pictures it looks like it's been dipped. I hope not.
