US Mints that minted gold coins in the 19th/early 20th century

Hey Everybody:

Is this a complete list of mints that produced gold coins for the US govt in the 19th/early 20th century?
Did I miss any?

Carson City
Charlotte
Dahlonega
Denver
New Orleans
Philadelphia
San Francisco

Anybody here put together a gold type set based upon the different Mint facilities?
