Question about Rattler holder grading

I went to my local coin shop today and picked up a 1962 PR67 Frankie in an old rattler holder (for $20 bucks). The coin is definetly cam if not dcam but no cam or dcam listed on holder. My question is did they designate this on these holders?

Im almost certain that they did not but dont hold me to that. Anyway im curious too so this vague answer will bring this thread to the top.

I have never seen cam or dcam on an old rattler. The designations came much later.
