Woah, gemstatecoins, my sympathies!!!
It almost feels like the more coins submitted in an order, the lower the MS70 rate.
Successful BST transactions: clackamas, goldman86, alohagary, rodzm, bigmarty58, Hyperion, segoja, levinll, dmarks

There seems to be a lot of damage/rough areas on the 2006-W APEs rims.
That may be knocking a lot of the coins down to MS69.
I've been disappointed with the quality of the slabs. A lot have what looks like glue smudges in plastic around coin.

You are right on.
Some of the slabs look like my 3-year old daughter was doing the project! Glue everywhere!
I have one $100 Coin rotated within the slab, off the center-line, now located between 7:00 and 8:00 o'clock, instead of 6:00 o'clock!

I submited the $10 and $25 singles. Both came back MS69. But on a brighter note my $25 proof platinum came back a 70.

Now that was a really slow turn around.
