Looks real to me. Why do you think it's counterfeit? Its just struck from LDS (late die state) dies which are erroded. Notice all the die cracks?

It's real and this variety with the cracked reverse is somewhat common. But hey, this is only my opinion. After all, I don't even own 700 Seated Quarters yet.
My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)
I voted real. There is no way a cast copy can reproduce that many details and a stamped copy could not produce details that strong. Die breaks, stars, sheilds, rim are very strong.
I mean, I will gladly pay double what you paid to get that fake POS off the market. LOL

Shame on you. You should have paid that widow more than that.

I'd never stake money on a decision based on a couple digital images.
If you have the coin in hand, do some tests such as weigh it, verify if it matches die marriages in a catalog make sure there are no obvious signs of being a cast copy etc.
