Yes, that F12 appears to be 1/2 of the 13-109a's PCGS has attributed since they started recognizing the variety (which was last year, I believe).
There are plenty more out there in PCGS holders, but they aren't attributed. It is not yet widely known that PCGS recognizes this variety. Once more people notice the change, the population will rise.

I wouldn't say there are plenty more out there. I have not seen one (a true one) appear at any of the auction houses, with the true single leaf., and only one is listed in the AMBPR. Bet its in the R6-R7 range....
