Turn Around Times

Hey Everyone:

I was wondering what type of turn around times people have been getting with the latest specials. I am not bashing or unhappy etc. I am currious thats all.

Cheers,
Darren

I would like to know as well and was just getting ready to post this same question. I had three orders logged in on the 2nd of this month and the waiting begins.

My stuff has been there a little over a week. I was seeing turnaround times anywhere from 2 days up to 8 days on the current special. Lately I haven't seen any popping, so I'm not sure.

On a side note, I was going to be listing the 81 OPC hockey I still have (including the PSA 10 Kerr). I also pulled out the cards from my set that you still needed and I thought had a chance at 9's. I am very hit or miss on those early OPC hockey though so I might get some 5's and some 10's. LOL.

LMK if you have any interest in the Kerr or any others, otherwise I'll let you know when they are on the bay and you can watch them if you'd like. Seller name is the same as my sn here.

  • I have a submission that PSA received on 11/28 and am still waiting.
There are two types of people in this world; those who like Neil Diamond, and those who don't. My ex-wife loves him!!

I was also wondering abot the turnaround time. They should get my submission any day now. It's my first Pin / Coin submission so I have no idea what to expect.

  • I'm not happy. They received my order on 11/27 and have not even checked it in yet?! I called and it's not in the problem area. I was under the understanding that they were behind and were working the weekend to get caught up. I have another submission setting here I am debating on sending it in or not. I marked the type of submission clearly on the outside of the box also.
Looking for 1971 Topps Football PSA 8 NQ or above, and slowly working my way into the 1962 Topps Football Set. Check out my 1972 Topps Football Set 100% Complete.
  • I sent a order in on the last day for the Tall Boy Special and it popped on Friday. So that's about a month. With these specials PSA gets backed up and they take longer. I think that's why they went to the "No guaranteed turn around time". I sent another order in on the 30th of November thinking the $5 special was ending and it hasn't been logged in yet. It arrived on saturday so I'm hoping it will be in by the end of the week. I'll have another $5 special going in at the end of this month as well. They get done when they get done. I feel that when you have an order of like cards (all one year or close years) then they pop sooner. I always have oddball stuff so it seems to take longer.

I have a $5 special order that was received 11/06/2006...No oddballs, nothing special...I had a $13 order in the same box, and got those grades back on 11/13/2006.

There are quite a few orders in the system older than mine, so I'm not feeling too bad yet. Luck of the draw I guess, because I usually get a pretty fast turnaround, even on the $5 subs.

If you mentally prepare for about a five or six week wait you'll be fine. I just received grades from a 10/17 order, and that's just about as long as I've ever had to wait. Most orders are done quicker than that.

Modern Special - 11/22/06 - No grades yet

Vintage Special - 11/22/06 - No grades yet

PSA Set Registry Special (5 day special) - They received on 11/24/06 (I think. Going off of memory). I know because of USPS delivery confirmation. They didn't enter it until 12/01/06/. It's 12/06/06 and still no grades. Technically, they are still in the clear because the 5 days doesn't start until the day AFTER they enter. So, by my estimate, they have until Friday to post. Still, I sent them 2 weeks ago and paid $13 per card. Oh, well!

By the way, did the link for the extra submission forms get fixed yet? Any other ways to submit more than 25 cards without using an extra form?
