can someone identify this

The glaccine envelope identified them as Spain 1101 and 1103-1107 but I am almost certain that is not right. What peaked my interest on these ahead of the rest is that the envelope is also annotated that "only 2000 sets made" but that could be just as wrong as the numbers. The picture of the entire set probably won't help much so I also included a close-up of one of the stamps.

They are Spain Air Post officials Scott #CO1-CO6, Imperfs are noted below the listing at $22.50 per set.

Hi,

My Sanabria's Air Post Catalogue gives the following info on these:
5c Yellow - 100,000
10c Green - 75,000
25c Rose - 50,000
50c Lt Blue - 50,000
1P Lilac - 25,000
4P Gray - 20,000
So it looks like the 20,000 on the envelope was showing the qty printed for the 4P.
