yes!!! it is definately better than fair 2 as it has a full date and all the outer5 perifiry design elements can be fully seen

Its going to be on its way to NGC soon so I will post when I get the grade back. Im leaning with the AG3 crowd, not sure there is enough rim for a G4.

I'd say Good-4, and that is the worst 1885-CC dollar, without damage, that I have ever seen. It is MANY TIMES rarer in that grade than it is in MS-65!
