AT or NT: 2004 Silver Eagle

I found this in one of my desk drawers recently. One side has toned, but the other has not. It was in the original case. Is this AT or NT (i.e. does poor storage = AT)? Is this worth any more than melt? Oh, doubling on the reverse is probably due to camera shake (though it would have been cool if real).

It's fine. If you want the tone to stop remove it from that holder, and if you want the color removed just dip it off.

Looks hazy. I'd dip it.

Always looking for attractive rim toned Morgan and Peace dollars in PCGS or (older) ANA/ANACS holders!
