Because those pics are goosed. In hand, I would guess that it looks like a 64. If it were an upgrade candidate, those Albanese guys would have upgraded it. Looks like a typical NCS-NGC PFDCAM.
Roadrunner,As a rule,i favor MONSTER toned silver coins,particularly Morgans.My comment was that Albanese has a great selection of eye appealing coins,and this was a little something different,but very cool for me as well.
Great coins are not cheap,and cheap coins are not great!

Depends on one's point of view. I favor toned silver coins as a rule, and Albanese and others gravitate towards "blast white."
