New Purchase: 1884-CC NGC MS-64 Morgan Dollar

StuartStuart Posts: 9,831 ✭✭✭✭✭
Here's a new purchase that I am pleased to share with my fellow forum members. This coin appeared to have very few contact marks and a very clean cheek for an MS-64, and is perhaps a lightly cameo Semi-PL. We'll see when I receive her.

These are the original auction photos:

  • It looks very nice!

I do not see anything that could hold it from a 65.

    sharp detail.
looks eds and hints of pl from the reflected light, limited as it is.
looks way better than my scuffy gsa.

Definitely looks semi-prooflike with nice frosted devices. MS64 seems like the correct grade for the coin. Good pick Stuart image
