2006 3 Piece Gold Anniv First Strike Poll

Under any scenerio, is it possible to still get all 3 20th Anniversary gold coins graded by PCGS as 20th Anniversary First Strike? Yes or No?

IMO, this is getting pretty funny image.

I agree with you, but I am curious how many think that it is not so.

How safe is it to send an unopened box to get graded? Do many people do this? What if the coins have fallen out and have been damaged like many of the Frisco $5 coins?

    YES!
Give Blood (Red Bags) & Platelets (Yellow Bags)!
  • NO! According to PCGS Customer Service this morning........
"If YOUR package is not postmarked to SHIP TO PCGS by the
    PCGS cutoff date.....it's too late!"

IN OTHER WORDS...You had to ship it to PCGS no later than 10/24!

That's what I was told when asking about submitting a first issue platinum.
"NO FIRST STRIKE DESIGNATIONS WILL BE ISSUED!"
All because I did not submit to PCGS by the cutoff date.....
even though the Mint Postmark indicates it's a First Strike!

You can read more info about this in my post from this morning.........

image So what exactly is a First Strike™ anyway? Apparently even we sophisticated CU forum members can't agree on the definition? image

are underpriced, compaired to where they will be

    in less then a year.

These sets will be more difficult find in the upcoming months ..buy the dips
