Austro-Hungarian Coin I Have - Need Info

I have no idea how I got this coin, but I've had it for many years and would like some more info about it. The obverse has a really ugly guy; think it's King Leopold. It is clearly from the Austro-Hungarian Empire, is the size of a dime, has a two headed eagle on the reverse and the number 10 (probably an equivalent of 10 cents in the currency of the time). The coin does not have denticles, and I'd guess it's in the F-VF range.

Any input about this coin would be greatly appreciated.

It's dated 1872.

Probably an 1872 10 kreuzer which are very common, valued at about 50c in VF. The guy is Franz Joseph, Emperor of Austria and King of Hungary.
