Those are 2 different coins. Check the serial numbers.

I believe these are all scans and that the first one has only the lid of the scanner over the coin (gray), and the second and third have a piece of white paper covering the slab/coin. I've experimented with this myself, and find the neutral/darker background much betterr for simultaneously picking up the color of the coin in the slab.
