I'd agree with Don on the MS63, although it wouldn't suprise me to see a TPG go a point in either direction...
Other than denomination, it looks like the coin I have below, which is in an ancient yellow-label PCGS holder, MS65. You can't see it in the pictures, but it actually has PL surfaces.

They gave this one an AU58.
It did help me out on the purchase though - because he practically gave it away to me at XF book. If I were one to do so, I would definitely crack this one out for another opinion.
Looking at the bear in coinpicture's coin, and then comparing to Ricke's, I was going to guess that the coin was graded AU something. I see wear points on Mr. bear.
