JoeStalin, eat yor heart out. Check out this rookie card I got..

I had to get this rookie card as I think he is one of the up-and-coming quarterbacks in the NFL. This card is Chris Simms' 2003 topps Pristine refractor rookie card 413/499. JoeStalin should love to see this one because I believe he is a Buccaneers' fan.

Was that the correct price of $12.00? If so good deal!

  • Are these Topps Pristine refractors wanted in the hobby? I have a TJ Duckett Gold refractor rc numbered to 49(I haven't checked recently but it's under 50). I know he's no starter but, eh I might sell it up here in DC now that he got shipped here if he does something.

thats a nice card....Simms will have to be the man this year. There is no room for error. The rookie mistakes are over and
done with. This year must be the championship run. Alot of people have invested much into this kid. He needs to go
    do it now!

Actually, I got the card for $3.00 on yahoo auctions. The seller had put that sticker on the case.

Yeah, the Topps Pristine refractors seem to sell well. Obviously, it depends on the player. Thats a nice low numbered card you have there at under 50.

I agree JoeStalin. Kind of the same situation in New York with Eli Manning. It is time to step it up for these two kids.
  • Timc, I've picked up a couple over the summer. Unluckily for me Rashad McCants was one of them. He's had microfracture surgery and is likely out all of next season. But, I'm still a fan of his.

I've always liked the Topps Pristine cards.

ToppsCo1lector, do you want to trade the Rashad McCants? I collect his cards and could send you some Topps Pristine cards in return. I have baseball, basketball, and football Pristine cards I could trade.
I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.
  • Akbar-I'd definetly be interested. Let me pull it out, I know it's numbered under 100. I think 79. Lemme go get it.
