PCGS Turnaround Time

Does anyone know current turnaround times on PCGS Standard World services? Would Canadian grade faster than other world coins?

    No and no.

World coin turnaround times can be as long as 6 months or as short as 4 weeks in my experience. I find Canadian coins take as long, or as short, as other countries.

Also, world coin turnaround times are all 'approximately' so there is no guarantee and recourse.

Well, we do use certification for coins where it matters to have micrograding (i.e. US and Canadian).

We only use grading on general world coins when we need to sell an AU as an UNC. (NGC is good for something. image)

Edited to add: Looks like you might be onto something, Josh. I send all my coins like that to PCGS and they all come back AU58. image
